Bobby was great at communicating and helped to set up the entire thing. He was very diligent in responding quickly and kept me in the loop with everything. Our moving crew, Jon and Deon, were incredible! They were diligent and mindful throughout the entire move. They cared for our belongings as if they were their own. They helped troubleshoot and brainstorm ideas on how to get a larger piece of furniture out of my one-bedroom apartment, which led to it not being damaged. I have never hired movers before, and my friends have warned me that stuff will get damaged. Well, that is NOT THE CASE when you choose Packhorse Moving. They took incredible care of all the expensive furniture and valuables I had. They made the experience very easy and allowed my girlfriend and I to enjoy the process and excitement of moving in together rather than being stressed and worried. Overall, 10/10 in people, services they offer, price, customer experience, and quality/care. I recommend Packhorse Moving ( and specifically Bobby, Jon, and Deon) to anyone looking to move.
